Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing) on domestic orders:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

We currently ship to: United States & select international destinations
If international shipping is offered, please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@vamosbabyco.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
